Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data BillionViews processes, how that data is used, and your controls.

1. Information we collect

BillionViews may collect and store:

  • account details such as your Apple sign-in email relay, name, and login events
  • workspace data such as memberships, invitations, roles, settings, and API keys
  • TikTok account records, operational notes, audit history, and connection health
  • uploaded media, media URLs, captions, and related file metadata used for posting workflows
  • TikTok connection metadata when you explicitly authorize an account connection
  • device and notification identifiers needed to deliver reminders and secure access

We collect this information when you sign in, use the native app or web console, connect TikTok accounts through OAuth, register a device for notifications, submit API or posting requests, upload or reference media for posting workflows, or contact support.

2. How we use information

We use data to operate and secure the service, including to:

  • authenticate users and manage sessions
  • enforce workspace permissions and invited user access
  • store operational records, post status, API logs, and audit history
  • process media handoff, captions, and posting requests
  • support TikTok OAuth, token refresh, connection health, and posting status
  • monitor reliability, prevent abuse, and investigate incidents

3. Media and service providers

When you submit media or a media URL for a TikTok posting workflow, related files and metadata may be processed by BillionViews-managed storage, hosting, database, and infrastructure providers used to run the service. API activity and posting errors may be retained for support, reliability, security, and audit purposes.

4. TikTok account data

If you authorize a TikTok connection, BillionViews may process the TikTok open ID, granted scopes, account profile metadata, access tokens, refresh tokens, connection status, and posting or upload status returned by TikTok. We use this data only to provide the account connection, posting API, status display, audit history, lightweight analytics, and support for accounts you are authorized to manage. TikTok tokens are stored server-side and encrypted. You can disconnect a TikTok account in the product where available or revoke access through TikTok.

5. How information is shared

Information may be shared with:

  • service providers that host identity, database, storage, or messaging systems
  • infrastructure providers that process media, API, logging, and support requests on our behalf
  • other users in the same workspace, based on role and permissions
  • third-party platforms such as TikTok when you explicitly enable integrations
  • legal or regulatory authorities when disclosure is required

Service providers that process user data for BillionViews are required to protect that data consistently with this policy, Apple platform requirements, and applicable law.

6. Data retention

We retain account, posting, media, API key, log, and audit data for as long as needed to operate the service, support legitimate business operations, maintain security records, and satisfy legal obligations. API logs and audit records may be retained after account deletion where needed for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance.

7. Security

BillionViews is designed to use role-based access controls, server-side secrets, audit logging, and tenant boundaries to reduce risk. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so users should also protect their credentials and use approved workflows.

8. Your choices

You can initiate account deletion directly in the native app settings. Workspace administrators can control invitations and member access inside their tenant. For data access, correction, retention, or support requests, email chenglin@growlabsllc.com or use the Support page.

9. Policy updates

This policy may be updated as the service changes. When material updates are made, the revised version will be posted at this route.
