Terms of Service

1. Service scope

BillionViews provides software for TikTok OAuth account connection, posting workflows, API keys, logs, lightweight analytics, workspace access, and related operational features for accounts a customer owns or is authorized to manage. The service may change as the product evolves, including the addition, removal, or modification of features.

2. Accounts and access

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You may only use the service if you have been invited or otherwise authorized to work on the relevant connected accounts. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

• break the law or violate platform rules
• connect or post to accounts you do not own or have not been authorized to operate
• share access outside approved workspace workflows
• submit media, captions, or URLs you do not have permission to use
• submit malware, spam, deceptive content, or abusive material
• attempt to bypass authorization, rate limits, or tenant boundaries
• engage in fake engagement, impersonation, account farming, or fraudulent activity

4. Posting requests and media

Media, captions, URLs, and posting instructions you submit may be stored, transmitted to TikTok when authorized, and processed by third-party infrastructure used to run the service. You are responsible for ensuring submitted media is accurate, lawful, authorized, and compliant with TikTok policies.

5. Workspace content and permissions

Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for how access is granted, reviewed, and removed inside their tenant. They are also responsible for ensuring API keys, connected accounts, posting instructions, and team access are lawful and appropriate.

6. Third-party services

BillionViews relies on third-party infrastructure and integrations, including Apple, Supabase, storage vendors, messaging providers, and social platform services such as TikTok. Your use of those third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.

7. TikTok authorization

You may connect only TikTok accounts that you own or are authorized to manage for the relevant brand workspace. You are responsible for complying with TikTok terms, platform policies, and all permissions granted through TikTok authorization flows. You may not use BillionViews to scrape TikTok, bypass authorization, misrepresent an account, or post content without appropriate rights and approvals.

8. Availability and changes

The service is provided on an evolving basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent feature support, or compatibility with every third-party platform or workflow.

9. Suspension, deletion, and termination

Access may be suspended, deleted, or terminated if use creates security risk, violates these terms, harms other users, or is required by law or a third-party platform policy. Workspace and audit data may be retained for a reasonable period for security, compliance, or backup purposes.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The operator of this deployment is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
