Terms of Service
These terms govern access to BillionViews and its workspace, collaboration, and account operation features.
1. Service scope
BillionViews provides software for managing workspaces, team access, account operations, audit history, and related publishing workflows for brand-owned social accounts. The service may change as the product evolves, including the addition, removal, or modification of features.
2. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for ensuring that invited team members only receive the access they need.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to:
- break the law or violate platform rules
- share access outside approved workspace workflows
- submit malware, spam, deceptive content, or abusive material
- attempt to bypass authorization, rate limits, or tenant boundaries
- engage in fake engagement, impersonation, or fraudulent activity
4. Workspace content and permissions
You are responsible for the legality of the content, account data, and operational instructions you place into the service. Workspace owners and managers are responsible for how access is granted, reviewed, and removed inside their tenant.
5. Third-party services
BillionViews may rely on third-party infrastructure and integrations, including identity, database, storage, and social platform services. Your use of those third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.
6. Availability and changes
The service is provided on an evolving basis, especially during MVP phases. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent feature support, or compatibility with every third-party platform or workflow.
7. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated if use creates security risk, violates these terms, harms other users, or is required by law or a third-party platform policy. Workspace data may be retained for a reasonable period for security, compliance, or backup purposes.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The operator of this deployment is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
9. Updates to these terms
These terms may be updated as the product matures. Continued use of the service after updated terms are posted means you accept the revised version.
